Magic is Real

My journey into living a life of magic has come with an unyielding commitment to always listen to the voice of my Maker. The nudges, the feelings, the call, the wonder… and only act when my Maker says, Yes.

That is exactly what this morning was made from—a nudge to host a Magic Morning pop-up. I was guided to reserve the coziest spot in one of my most favorite bookshops, sip a warm coffee, put out the call, and leave the rest to the Maker.

So I did.

And they came.

Goosebumps of magic danced over my skin as I witnessed two guests, strangers at first, discover they not only both grew up in Texas—but they grew up in the same small town in Texas. Small Town, huge state, and somehow their point of origin was the same. Their stories flowed effortlessly, like a cosmic thread weaving itself right before my eyes.

Checking my watch, I knew it was time to go, but I felt a pull to stay just a little longer. Moments later, two beautiful souls walked in, grateful I was still there. They smiled, I smiled, magic followed.

On the drive home, my heart was full as I spoke with the Maker, marveling at how creation reveals itself in the smallest yet most extraordinary ways. Then, as if to punctuate the point, I saw it: a bald eagle, perched high in a tree. Its size, its majesty - breathtaking.

Even after all that, the morning wasn’t finished. One last stop pulled me in before I would reach my final destination. Stepping inside, I was greeted by a smile I hadn’t seen in years. A friend, perfectly placed in that moment, her warmth lifting my spirit even higher.

Soul Shakers, magic is literally everywhere. In every moment. Every day. It is just waiting for you to reach out and claim it.

Magic is the very reason you are here, in this world, in this place, reading these words.

Magic is your birthright.

I can truly say the scariest decision of my life was claiming my magic, but it also turned out to be the greatest decision of my life.

Soooo....

This holiday season, my wish for you is this: may you hear these words and find the courage to claim your magic. May you step boldly into the truth of who you are.

You CAN do it.

You ARE capable.
