Each teaching will be 45 minutes in length with 15 minutes of live discussion and Q&A to follow.

You are encouraged to make the commitment to yourself and show up live each week, however, if you are unable to attend any of the dates, don’t worry. I will be recording each teaching (not discussion or Q&A) and sharing it via a private library on my website.
